Leaving work
Final pay
Often called back pay
Everything you're still owed when you leave a job: unpaid salary, the 13th month so far, unused leave in cash and any separation pay.
Most useful for: Career shifter
- In real life
- Leaving at the end of June on ₱30,000: half a year's 13th month is ₱15,000, on top of your last salary.
- Why it matters to you
- Your employer also owes you Form 2316 with it. Ask when it will be released.
An explanation to help you read your pay, not a ruling on your case. Your employer, the agency or DOLE has the final word.
