Solo parent leave
Up to 7 working days of paid leave a year for a solo parent who has worked at least 6 months.
Most useful for: Fresh grad, Career shifter, Government
- In real life
- It applies whatever your employment status, and doesn't carry over to next year.
- Why it matters to you
- Ask HR what proof they need, such as a solo parent ID.
An explanation to help you read your pay, not a ruling on your case. Your employer, the agency or DOLE has the final word.
