Pay
Incentives
Extra pay that follows the work, like a fee per patient or per unit, on top of basic pay.
Most useful for: Career shifter
- In real life
- ₱25,000 basic plus ₱5,000 in incentives a month: SSS counts ₱30,000, and the ₱5,000 is taxed like salary.
- Why it matters to you
- It is pay for work, so tax, SSS and Pag-IBIG count it. PhilHealth doesn't.
An explanation to help you read your pay, not a ruling on your case. Your employer, the agency or DOLE has the final word.
