Insurance for injuries and illness from work, paid by your employer alone.
Most useful for: Fresh grad

- On your payslip, EC shows on the employer's side only. Nothing comes off your pay for it.
- Why it matters to you
- If you're hurt at work, it is a benefit on top of SSS sickness pay.
